Begin Your Legacy With Us
Habitat for Humanity of Marion County has recently partnered with FreeWill to give all of our supporters the opportunity to write a legally valid will online, completely for free. FreeWill takes less than 20 minutes to complete, creates a will that is valid in all 50 states, and makes it simple to start your legacy with Habitat. You can use this resource on its own, use it to document your wishes before finalizing your plans with an attorney. If you have a more complicated estate, FreeWill can be used to create a list of documented wishes to bring to the attorney’s office.

Non-Probate Assets
Do you have an IRA, 401(k), life-insurance policy, or any other assets not included in your will? If so, these are called non-probate assets and you must plan your beneficiaries for them separately. Use this online tool to make your plans and designate us as a beneficiary of one or more of these assets.
