Event Details
The evening features a host of activities including a silent auction, where you can bid on unique items, and a chance to win various raffle prizes. You can also test your luck with our 50/50 Split the Pot and engage in Red Pin Bowling.
This event promises to be more than just an evening of entertainment; it’s a team showdown that brings the community together for a great cause! We can’t wait to see you on November 14, 2024, at Bowlero West Ocala, wearing your favorite team jersey for an epic night of bowling, fun, and friendly competition. Gather your team of 6 for a night to remember and help support a family in need!
Bowler Registration
$60.00 each
- Includes bowling shoes, 2 games of bowling, and a lot of fun.
Team Registration
$300 Team of 6 Players
- Six bowlers per team – regularly $60 per bowler. If you register a full team (6 bowlers) you will receive a discount.
- Each bowler will receive bowling shoes, bowl 2 games, and have a lot of fun!
Check-in begins at 4:30 pm – bowling starts at 5:30 PM.
- Raffle Items: Purchase raffle tickets in advance or at the registration table from volunteers, and place a ticket in the bucket of the item you would like to win. Winners will be selected throughout the event. You can place as many tickets as you would like in any bucket.
- Pre-Sale $35 for 50 Tickets!
- At the event ticket prices will be $1 for 1 Ticket.
- Silent Auction Items: Items will be displayed on the Silent Auction table, the bid sheet will list the description and value. Place your bid on the bid sheet but keep checking as others will try to outbid you. Continue to monitor the items until the silent auction closes. All bid sheets will be collected, winners will be announced and given a location to pay and pick up items. All bids must be in $5 or more increments.
- Red Pin Bowling: purchase the RED PIN coupon – Bowl a strike when there is a colored Head Pin – you will receive a ticket to be entered for chances to win cool prizes. Another team must verify the colored head pin and strike.
- 50/50 Split the Pot: purchase split the pot tickets for a chance to win 1/2 the money collected on 50/50 tickets.
